On August 11, 2026 the board appointed the first Quebec Sub-Committee, chaired by Niroshi Nathan and joined by six other members.
The two-year term runs from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028, and earlier Quebec boards and committees were dissolved from the end of August.
The committee is expected to grow membership in Quebec and to strengthen ties between the province’s Tamil business community and the wider Canadian business sector. Its terms of reference are still being finalized.
