SheLeads is an initiative of the Women’s Committee that supports women at any stage of their career: changing direction, building confidence, widening a network and learning from experienced peers.

Who can take part

Women who would like to be mentored, and women who would like to mentor. Mentors are leaders and professionals from many industries who volunteer their time.

How it works

Mentors and mentees are matched by goals, interests and experience, with the aim of building lasting relationships. 2026 is the program’s launch year and the first cohort.
